Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of any product, service, or platform owned and operated by Flovara Inc. (“Flovara,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including but not limited to the Bente social and dating application. By using any Flovara service, you agree to these Terms, our [Privacy Policy], and our [Cookies Policy].

1. ELIGIBILITY

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use any Flovara product or service.

  • By using our platforms, you affirm that you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms.

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current information and update it as needed.

  • You may only create one account per person. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be suspended or removed.

3. FEATURES & FUNCTIONALITY

  • Our services may include matchmaking, social networking, augmented reality (AR) games, location-based check-ins, and interactive venue experiences.

  • Certain features may require the purchase of in-app currency or premium upgrades (e.g., Hype).

  • We may personalize your experience by suggesting content, venues, or users based on your location and preferences.

4. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

  • Harass, harm, impersonate, or exploit others.

  • Post or share inappropriate, illegal, or copyrighted content without authorization.

  • Use our platforms for unauthorized commercial or political activity.

  • Violate local laws, app guidelines, or community standards.

  • Manipulate our systems (e.g., fake check-ins, bots, abuse of matchmaking).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

5. CHECK-INS & VISIBILITY

  • When using location-based features (e.g., check-ins), your profile/avatar may be visible to others nearby, subject to your privacy settings.

  • Venue partners may receive access to limited, anonymized engagement analytics.

6. PAID FEATURES

  • All purchases of in-app currency or premium features are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

  • By making a purchase, you agree to the posted pricing, payment method, and associated terms.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All content, branding, code, and features across Flovara platforms are the exclusive property of Flovara Inc.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any portion without prior written consent.

  • Any feedback or suggestions you submit may be used by us without compensation or obligation.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

  • Our services may integrate with third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Firebase, Google Maps).

  • Use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not responsible for real-world interactions, partner venue conditions, or user conduct.

  • We make no guarantees regarding matches, uptime, or platform availability.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • All disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the laws of the State of Florida.

  • You waive any right to class actions or jury trials.

  • Any claim must be filed within one year of the incident or be permanently barred.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

  • We may update these Terms at any time.

  • Notice will be provided via email or within our platforms. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
