  • Profile Content: Photos, bios, and AR avatar customization.

  • User Content: Messages, audio/video interactions, and responses to prompts.

  • Payment Info: When purchasing digital currency or upgrades (processed via Stripe or similar vendors).

b. Information We Automatically Collect

  • Device Data: IP address, operating system, language, and unique device identifiers.

  • Location Data: GPS and check-in data used for gameplay, social features, and recommendations.

  • Usage Data: App features used, time spent, and interactions logged.

  • Cookies & Similar Technologies: For performance, analytics, functionality, and security.

c. Information from Others

  • If users link third-party accounts or invite friends, we may receive limited information from those services (e.g., Apple, Google).

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

  • To enable matchmaking, profile personalization, and location-based features.

  • To operate AR game modes, check-ins, and social functions.

  • To improve app performance through analytics.

  • For moderation, safety enforcement, and customer support.

  • Opt Out: Disable marketing communications and control visibility settings (e.g., avatar visibility at venues).

  • Privacy Controls: Manage location sharing and AR visibility in your settings.

5. DATA RETENTION

  • We retain user data only as long as necessary for the purposes stated in this policy.

  • Inactive accounts may be removed after 12 months.

  • Deleted accounts are fully purged within 30 days unless we are legally required to retain certain data.

6. SECURITY MEASURES

  • We use encryption, secure servers, and access controls to help protect your data.

  • However, no online platform is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials.

7. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

If you are located outside the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. or other jurisdictions with appropriate legal safeguards.

Our services are intended only for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. Violations will result in immediate account deletion and potential legal consequences.
